Welcome, We’re glad you’re here!

Step 1: Place Prep Order

After you have purchased items from your supplier, you will need to let us know what is coming by placing an order.

You can place an order using the form on the right

Once we receive your order we will email you an invoice to be paid before prep services commence

You can choose from the following forms of payment:

– Credit Card (3% fee)

– PayPal ($0.50 + 4% Fee)

– Payoneer ($1.50 Fee)

– Wise ($1.50 Fee)

Step 1: Place Prep Order

We can receive items from any major carrier, UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service or any LTL trucking firm. We do have a fork lift and do not need lift gate service

Step 3: Sit Back and Relax!

Once we receive your order and payment we will keep an eye out for your products to arrive.

1. We will create a spreadsheet for your order and save it to Dropbox. We will send you a link to the file. This file will be updated with any pertinent information about your shipment.

2. We will let you know when your items arrive The receiving team will evaluate the shipment. We will look for external package damage, then unpack all items, count each unit and compare against the original order. If there is any damage or discrepancy we will connect with you

3. Once the items have been received they will go into queue for FBA prep. This is where our team will log into your Seller Central account and create a shipping plan for your items (therefore, you must have already created the listings in your account), get FNSKU labels, see all amazon requirements for the ASIN and proceed with all prep activities.

4. Once all prep work is complete the items will be re-packaged for shipment into Amazon’s distribution centers according to the Amazon Shipping Plan.

5. Shipping labels will be purchased from your seller central account and items will be slated for Pickup (Either UPS or LTL as necessary).

6. If there are any issues such as:  damaged items, fewer units being sent than were ordered, or products that are not allowed in Amazon’s distribution centers we will communicate with you to verify how you would like for us to handle the situation.
